8. Service Availability

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts immediately, without prior notice, if there is a suspected breach of these Terms of Service, or upon the direct request of the subscribing educational institution owning the parent administrative profile.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Company Name and its suppliers disclaim all warranties. Under no circumstances shall Company Name be liable for any lost student data, academic record corruption, financial discrepancies, or disruptions to standard class operations.

11. Changes to Terms
